Reckon Hosted Slow and Hanging

Reckon Hosted Slow and Hanging for both on site and remote users.
Can log onto Reckon Hosted but can't open the company file. We have update to the 2017 program.

Hi Stuart  Have you done one of the normal ones that usually fixes that problem.

Once you enter the User ID and Password, Click on Control Panel, Log off remote session.

To the right does it have a blue area etc. If so, click there to close completely RAH. Then try to log in, this quite often is the problem. If not, suggest you phone Tech support as it is free to RAH users.

Yes we did try this with our local users but didn't help.
Support eventual fixed this. They said one user apparently not logged off correctly (but we had done the steps above). Must have been caused by a drop out because all users were active all morning. All good now :-)
