Reckon Hosted using Google Chrome - unable to copy and paste directly

On Tuesday this function worked - today it no longer works. We are back to going through the clipboard. I really thought that we finally had some progress on this function.

Reckon is so clunky and basic functionality just isn't there.

Rav - reinforces my views that after 10 years I have to reassess. The software is just not keeping up with technology.

Dear Reckon,

Previous to the now reversed upgrade I could copy and paste directly intro Reckon (not via the clipboard) and now the upgrade has been reversed I now have to copy and paste to the clipboard.  I don't understand why (if it has now reverted back to old way) am I having to do a new function if it shouldn't have changed.  What a waste of time this function is!  Please advise.
