Reckon Hosted was especially slow this morning when i could log in. Now i just get a black screen and cannot log in at all

Reckon Hosted was especially slow this morning when I could log in earlier. Now i just get a black screen after the 'logging in red and black dots' and cannot access files at all. Have restarted computer twice.

I've had this many many many times!!!

go onto the first screen, click on the black control icon ...
On the LHS towards the bottom you will see 
"Log  off remote sessions"
Log off all the users
then try again

This has MOSTLY worked for me in the past.  Good luck lol

Hi Rav and Diane,

Thank you for your responses, yes I did log off via the control panel with no improvement. I am on the road so using my 4G iPhone for internet access. This usually is not a problem and other internet use is unaffected. I seem to be wasting my date usage logging on and off. I am minimising what work I do cause of the frustration of the lag. However it is end of month so i do need to do some processing. Just made the comment in case it was affecting others.  Thank you :)
