Reckon is Email old accounts including latest

Trying to email April account and every email in history is trying to sent. It has now frozen. Any ideas on fixing it as I want the customers to still like me.

    Just hope it clears soon , I run another company and I can't open the other company as this company is stuck trying to email . very frustrating

    this is what i found


    A 10 minute job has once again taken hours.  Screen has frozen whilst emailing payslips.  Have tried logging in/out, waiting, rebooting, logging in using chrome, firefox, explorer etc... no luck.  Once again, no one is getting paid - this isn't a one off.  I have had continual lagging and freezing issues since your upgrade, and it is so slow.  A total fail as far as I'm concerned, and I now absolutely dread logging into QB.  Could you please reset my page, and can you please tell me where on earth I am going wrong and having so many issues with this program?? image

    Hey Selena, thanks for your post and sorry to hear you've been having troubles.

    Try pressing  Alt+PageUp. There is a support note regarding a different matter, but looks like it's the same issue. Like the support note, it seems like there is a window that needs to be addressed before the other functions can be actioned.
