I GOT A MESSAGE FROM RECKON SAYING THEY COULD NOT DEDUCT PAYMENT FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND CORRECTED THE DETAILS AND NOW AFTER A WEEK THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. VERY VERY ANGRY.
Hi Sharon, sorry to hear of your experience. All payments are taken by a automated system. Hosted allows for access for 7 days after expiry should anything like this occur, and can be fixed up. To get you back up and running, please give our customer service team a call on 1800 RECKON and they'll be able to reinstate your account.
