Reckon Mobile app

I have been using the mobile app since the beginning of the financial year. It is now asking me to start a free trial and wont allow me to continue

Hi Sharron,
It sounds like you've logged into the Reckon Portal (it looks something like this). When you're logging into the app, after you enter your email address & password can you please hit the 'Go' button on your keyboard rather than the on-screen 'Continue' option and this should get you in.
