You will now be able to create a new bill using data from an existing bill via the Make a copy option.
Things to note:
- The Make copy option is only available when viewing an existing bill
- If purchase approvals are disabled, the newly copied bill will have a default status of UNPAID
- If purchase approvals are enabled, the newly copied bill will have a default status of DRAFT
- The newly copied bill will use today’s date by default & not the date of the copied bill
- The newly copied bill will not retain any due date specified in the original bill (i.e. you will need to manually configure the due date)
- The newly copied bill will use the next available bill number
