Reckon One extremely slow and unresponsive.

Hi everyone,
Since Wednesday 2/5/18, Reckon One has been extremely slow and unresponsive for us. It's not our internet connection as all of our other Internet programs/pages are working at normal speed, it's only slow on Reckon, to the point of it being nearly impossible to complete our work. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Is there anything we can do to resolve it?

Is this affecting any particular part of Reckon One specifically? ie. invoices, reports etc or is it everything?

Hi Rav,
Thanks for your reply. We're noticing it's worse in Invoices and Bills because that's what we use the most, but it's slow in general. Long wait periods when trying to look up invoices, and in between entering invoices (ie using the save and new function), and the same with bills.

Hi guys,
The Reckon One team pushed out a small update this morning which should resolve performance related issues that have cropped up in the last few days such as what you've raised.

Can you please let me know if you notice any improvement (or not)?

I still find it very slow and unresponsive (19 June 2018). To the point that I enter information only for it to hang. I have left it for over 5 minutes without any movement, so closing the window was the only option. It is slow and unresponsive in all modules (invoice, payroll, banking, etc).

Which browser were you using when you encountered this?

What activity/task were you performing specifically when you noticed the hanging you described in your post? ie. invoices, bills, etc.

Chrome in the first instance. It hung when attempting to correct a date in expenses ledger and when attempting to save an Invoice. Changed to Firefox with the same results for the same actions including trying to get into the bank account area (over 25 seconds before the relevant frames of the page showing the accounts appeared). The same was noted on two other computers and from my home computer (from where I posted the message). Internet access was optimal for the entire office and at home.
