Reckon one. Help please.... . New starter / paid user. I've deleted my one and only book in erro

Mucked it up very early..... I paid for core plus bank data feeds, and I've deleted my one and only book in an effort to restart the process more cleanly and now the have nothing to work with. Any attempt to add a book seems to only offer me the option of paying again. How can I add a book to my account without incurring another charge? Effectively I have a brand new account and no book......
