I didn't realise there was an iPhone app.  I currently use Reckon Hosted.  Can I use this app, to log in via my iPhone?

Great question Margaret,

Unfortunately, you won't be able to access Reckon Accounts Hosted using the app detailed above, however you can try accessing Hosted on your iPhone by navigating to the login page using your phone browser.

What does the app do then? My login doesn't work, is there a different login for the app?

Hi Craig,

This is our Reckon One app which gives you access to a number of features based on your subscribed Reckon One modules:

• A dashboard with alerts and net position
• Add and manage customer and supplier details
• Customer invoice creation and emailing
• Record invoice payments and view history
• Supplier bill entry
• Record bill payments and view history
• On the go entry of your own timesheet
• Capture your own expense claims as they are incurred

Are you a Reckon One user? You'll need to input your Reckon One login details on the app in order to access it.
