Reckon One Mobile App cannot add new customer

When using the Reckon One App. One user can add new contact (whether individual or business) and receipt payments for invoices and changing the method paid. However another Administrator User using the same App on his device cannot do the above. The customer keeps defaulting to business and the payment method to cash. I have look at both users and they have the same rights. Are you able to have look and let me know. Thank-you

If what you want to know is whether both user have the same rights, yes, you are right. Does this have anything to do with my credit cards feeds not working? I need the second user to have the same rights.0
