Reckon One NZ GST statement problems

We have just switched from Reckon Accounting to Reckon One. Our tax year is 1 Jan to 31 Dec. Invoices issued in last tax year but paid this year are not showing as income when we do GST return which is on a cash basis. Read similar problems but they all relate to Aus version. Have raised problem with Reckon Migration but a bit like banging head against a brick wall.
How do we get our reports to accruals but have GST on cash basis?

Welcome to the Reckon Community Steve,

You can set the accounting basis for reports on cogwheel > Settings > General > Report settings, and choose Accrual for Report basis.  Then go to the Settings > Tax Settings > General, and select Cash for Reporting basis.

This will produce the results you are after.

    regards,
    John

    John,

Tried that but still not working.

On the NZ version there is no Accrual choice under Report settings just invoice or payments and we chose invoice.
There is no Tax Settings, it has GST settings and we chose Payments basis not invoice or hybrid basis.

    Still no joy.
