reckon one payroll sign up issue

Just trying to start free trial and will continue to use Reckon for Payroll only at this stage $5. One of the first screens it has brought up after entering credit card details is the Business Details page. Have entered everything and am getting R1 Request Failed. Have entered 12 June 2019 for first transaction and left financial year as default of 1 July 2018 Please help?
