Reckon One - Portal login issues (5 February 2018)

Hi everyone,

We are currently investigating reports of some Reckon One users unable to login or launch their book through the Reckon Portal. 

From initial early investigation, the issue is not browser or connection specific and also not affecting all Reckon One users.

The Reckon One team is continuing to investigation and we apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
