Hi everyone!

We're super excited to announce the release of two new modules, Reckon One Time and Reckon One Employee Expenses.

These two new modules are available today, both packed with new features designed to save you time on manual admin!

If you have the current Time & Expenses module it will retain its normal feature set however if you would like to access the new functionality, you can add one or both modules to your book at the new pricing.

Here's a summary of the new features!

TIMESHEET DATA TO RECKON ONE PAYROLL
This much anticipated new Time module feature allows you to assign pay items on timesheets so they can be sent automatically to Reckon One payroll. Create pay runs at ease, without the need for manual data entry!

NEW TIMESHEET APPROVAL FEATURE
The Time module has a new timesheet approval process, allowing your employees to enter and submit their timesheets for you to review & approve for payroll

DOCUMENT STORAGE
The Employees Expenses module now has document storage, allowing you and your employees to upload and store receipts against expense claims so they can easily be verified and approved for reimbursement - the ultimate time saver for any team!

Click HERE for a full breakdown of both new modules including their features and pricing and check out the below guides for more detailed information on how to use the new functionality.

We've been using the employee expenses module, but there is an issue with the attachments, in that once the expense claim is in any status other than draft, you can't open the attachments.  This seems a little pointless for future reconciliation/auditing purposes.

    Hi Paula,
I've just tested this out to try and replicate what you've described however after saving the claim and then attaching & saving the attached document it shows as a hyperlinked attachment in that claim. (see my screenshot below)

After you attach the file are you then saving the claim again? Please ensure you do so that the attachment saves to that particular transaction.

Thanks Rav.  Please see the screen shot from my system.  As you can see, the attachments are there.  However, they are not hyperlinked and you cannot open them.  Your shot above shows the claim in an editable form - once it is submitted or approved, you can't edit it, and therefore can't access that detail.
