Hi Office

Just to confirm .... The reset relates to Payment Date (eg Pays paid on or after 01/07/18), not the Pay Period ...

* Do you have Paycheques with payment dates in this current financial year?
* Have you entered YTD figures & not used 30/06/xx as the "To" Date?

So, the gross wages on the bottom of the payslips, that show what should be a financial year to date total, shows the total of last financial year plus what the employees have grossed this current financial year
They should be showing the gross amount for that particular pay & the gross amount this year to date.

Can you upload a screenshot?

Yes the amounts for that particular pay are correct, my problem as you will see is the gross on the bottom totalling $108266.89 (Definitely not what he has earnt this year) that's the total of last financial and this financial year combined, same for the tax, net, super and allowances
Those totals normally reset at the beginning of each financial year, this is the first year we have has this problem
You've not said specifically - Are you using Reckon Accounts or Payroll Premier ...?
That is very strange indeed - Haven't come across that happening before!

Not sure about PP as I specialise in RA/RAH but - if RA/RAH - have you tried performing a "Verify" on the company file?  After first saving a backup, do a "Rebuild" x 3 also - this can sometimes fix these glitches ...
Also, check your Company Info (Company > Company Info) "Financial Year" & "Tax Year" are still set to "July"

Tech Support - Can you advise further please ..?
