    Hi Greg, Robyn,

Microsoft has now discontinued all support for Windows XP.  See http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows/end-support-help

For this reason all new Reckon releases will not be supported on XP.

Reckon will continue supporting older products that were released with Windows XP as a supported operating system according to our standing policy of supporting the last 2 releases.  That means we will continue supporting 2013 releases on Windows XP until the 2015 versions are released.

We do not support 2014 releases on Windows XP.

So what does this actually mean?
If you choose to run 2014 and later versions on XP, you may find some functions no longer work or work correctly.

We will support you to the extent that the operating system is not part of your issue and your product falls inside our sunset policy on support.  Where the operating system is contributing to the problem you will need to seek your own solutions.  Some Accredited Partners may be able to help, your IT consultant, or you may try asking other users here on the Community.

Hope this clarifies the XP issue.

    regards,
    John

Thanks for the reply John, maybe the document I was able to access (see above link) needs to be updated in that case?  That's where the confusion began.
Thank you & regards, Robyn Kelly
