reckon portal

For anyone having problems logging in via the Reckon portal (portal.reckon.com) make sure you are using the correct user name. You find this under the Control Panel - Manage Users. When we finally found ours they are usernames we had never heard of!

Could you give me a bit more info on this please.
Do you mean your product isn't appearing in this list below?
If so and you're using a desktop edition of Reckon Accounts Business, you'll need to select the Reckon Accounts Desktop option in the list.

thank you for responding my concern
yes, it doesn't appear as the picture you have attached, so I can't select the product.
when I tried to add product from button down menu, it was only come up 2 products, reckon one and reckon cloud , no reckon desktop.
