For anyone having problems logging in via the Reckon portal (portal.reckon.com) make sure you are using the correct user name. You find this under the Control Panel - Manage Users. When we finally found ours they are usernames we had never heard of!
thank you for responding my concern yes, it doesn't appear as the picture you have attached, so I can't select the product. when I tried to add product from button down menu, it was only come up 2 products, reckon one and reckon cloud , no reckon desktop. thank you in advance for your help
