Hi community
I use Reckon Retail Edition 2013 and I recently was trying to add an item and Reckon came up with an Unrecoverable Error 18493 15338.
I can edit an existing item, save it, but I cannot create a new one.
If I've hit a limit then no message popped up to tell me.
Has anyone experienced this error ?

Hi Gab,
We recommend you perform a file integrity check on the data file.
Use the built-in Verify Data and Rebuild Data functions.

If you have a recent backup from a time when there were no problems present, consider that as an alternative data file.
