Reckon Single Touch Payroll App - is it available?

Hello.
I am trying to set up Reckon One purely for STP as I was happy to keep doing my bookwork as I always have in the books and on the desktop, no internet required. To be compliant, I have started watching webinars and doing reckon training but I'm not getting anywhere.
We have 2 permanent employees. Then sometimes we will get a 3rd. At peak - being harvest time, we may get up to 7; but no more than 5 employees in a day. 
I see there is supposed to have been an app available in early this month (May 2019) however it doesn't come up when searched for in the app store.
Q: Is the app ready and available?
Q: Given that most of the time we have only 2 employees, are we eligible to use it?

    We're super excited for Single Touch Payroll app and its just been released to the App Store for iOS (Apple) device users. Our Android version is right around the corner as well, and it should be ready for download early next week.
