Reckon STP App "Pending"

I am using the free STP app

Today is 30/04/2020

I have submitted a pay run on 3rd April 2020 and it still says "Pending" and "awaiting response from ATO"

I have submitted subsequent pay runs subsequent weeks that went through ok.

I seem to be in limbo. I can't delete the 3rd April run or make it go through.

Can someone at Reckon look at it and push it through?

Hi Kevin,
This can happen when there are issues with the ATO's SBR2 service which handles STP transmissions which can happen from time to time and without warning.

The key thing though is, Single Touch Payroll is reported on a Year to Date (YTD) basis only so your subsequent submissions after that pending one has already updated your balances.
That specific payrun will remain in your list as it is.

Are you saying the "pending" pay run I should just ignore and dont worry about it?

Has that "pending" pay run been missed by ATO? if so then the YTD can not be accurate on ATO's end?

Every submission is in fact the YTD figures, so if you miss a week submitting, the following weeks YTD figures will be exactly that, YTD and so will pick up on the missed week
