I cannot log in. ITs asking for my ABN, I type it in, confirm my business then says im already registered please log in. When i try and log in and does exactly the same thing again, asks foro my ABN. Im Going around in circles, HELP?
Hi Sarah, In the first instance can you please update to the latest version of the app which came out this morning, v1.12.3. After you have installed the update, open the app. If you are still logged into any accounts after opening please logout (Settings > Logout). Close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.
Open it back up and login. It should solve this for you but let me know how you go.
