Does anyone have a contact for Reckon One support that can actually help in an efficient manner? We had an error that occurred on our book which was 'addressed' by the support team. The error issue was located and has been rectified (after multiple phone calls from me explaining the problem again from the start and then them taking over a week to get back to me) but in the process they have changed a number of other things that are now incorrect (not related to rectification of the original issue). I have spent multiple hours on the phone repeating myself along with way too many hours trying to to sort through it myself. Due to these new errors being due to the 'support technician' making changes I'm wanting to be able to speak to someone to get these changes reversed. I'm not usually one to complain about these things but my experience with support makes me want to change products.
Any suggestions as I now need to fix the new errors urgently?
