    Our client has upgraded their licence for 2018, since they have Reckon Accounts 2017 Release R2P. Whats the procedure to upgrade the software to Reckon Accounts 2018 ?

    I upgraded 2 weeks ago and all has worked perfectly.
    Downloaded upgrade. Must use the new key that comes with the download
    when loaded, double clicked to install
    When opened the qbw file I needed to upgrade the file to the new version.
    After that just worked.
    I also unloaded the old version and the db server as I no longer need them.
    If you need to upload BAS then also need the new version of Government Connect.
