Reckon wont recognise the licence code emailed to me and not open on weekends... Not really helpful

I need help activating my reckon and not open on weekend to talk.. A bit of a problem

Put in the code that was emailed through to me and told it to update.

You need to uninstall the old version first. Then download the new version and unzip and run. Then follow the prompts. Enter your IKC, and when you run reckon, it wants you to register again. Select the automatic option. It should find your existing data file.
Take it easy and don't get too frustrated.

Thanks Leif.. Still not working though and I uninstalled Home Inventory as well + the 2018 version. 
It appears that it can not connect to the activation server.
I have calmed my farm a little :) .. Will just give the support desk a buzz Monday.

Sorry for your vows Kirsty... I've been there... it can be frustrating. We just want to use the software not spend all our time making it work. They haven't yet discovered what user friendly actually means.
