Reckon H&B 2013 crashing when "Download Transactions" tab selected

Imported my account specific .qif files satisfactorily but when I try and "Accept" transactions, get "Reckon Accounts loader has stopped working" an program crashes.. No assistance available online identifying this error..

    Hey Chris,

    Sorry to hear you are having troubles. Are you able to import to other accounts in your data file? If not, can you try to import another qif file into a different account.

     Also can you try to import the same qif file into a dummy or sample data file. These tests will indicate what could be causing the error (import file, the account itself or data file) and what other steps can be taken.
