Why is Reckon Hosted standard being disconnected frequently

Hosted standard -  being disconnected frequently, three times this morning. Any ideas what is causing it?  The only recent change is upgrading to to VDSL.  Does standard have any known problems with VDSL?

Hi Margaret,

We are not aware of any system issue that would account for your experience.  Its unlikely that VDSL is contributing to the problem.

You should ring Technical Support for direct assistance on this issue.

Yep...happens to me all the time too. Especially when using a 3g/4g modem

Hello Michael and Sue,

Sorry to hear of your troubles staying connected to Hosted Standard.

Continual disconnections is not the normal experience of our Hosted Standard users.  We have not had any system-wide issues lately that would account for your widespread disconnections. 

Your best action is to contact Technical Support and work with them through to a satisfactory state. 

 
Sue, you mentioned using a 3g/4g modem.  Is the frequency of disconnection the same when you are connected to a landline as it is with a 3g/4g connection?  

Do you have the same problems from different locations - eg, home and work?

We've tried ping tests and all ok but still Reckon Hosted disconnects frequently.

I am periodically disconnected from Reckon Hosted.
Also find it is slow.
Have tried both through the Standard and Premium versions.
