Hi - I have just purchased Reckon Accounts Pro 2014 upgrade on-line. I have just proceeded to install the software. I am at the Reckon screen that asks for my installation Key Code - but i did not receive one? My confirmation email came through and under the IKC header it states Not Applicable??
Can someone advise where and how i get my new IKC so i can download my new version of Reckon?

Hi Ya Paul, Welcome to the Reckon Community, This sounds very strange.... normally as soon as you purchase you will receive not only the program download but also the IKC...
