Hi Reckon One User's,

This post is a heads up that we will be having routine Reckon One Maintenance.

Wednesday, 2nd July 2014

        11:55pm to 6:00am    (3rd July, AEST)

From 11:55pm AEST this Wednesday night (02/07/14) we will be undertaking maintenance on our online infrastructure for Reckon One.

We expect to complete this by 6 am (AEST) Thursday morning (03/07/14). Once maintenance is complete you will be able to log in as per normal.

We apologise if any inconvenience is caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please follow this thread for further updates.

I have been trying to login through the Citrix Access Gateway since 9am EST this morning.  I get the error "Incorrect credentials. Try again"  the creditials are not incorrect and are the ones I have been using to login in prior to today.  No email response from the online support email address, no luck in speaking to anyone on the phone.  What is going on?

Different issue, Reckon One is not related to Hosted. Please reference the new topic here: Trouble logging into Hosted

That is interesting. Computer freezing all day. PRobably due to update. I am waiting endlessly on the help desk but they are too busy to answer. I expect the frozen screen is due to your update last night. They seldom go smoothly and I expect your staff in India do not know you have done the update so it will be frustrating speaking with them after I get off hold. I could get a pleasant surprise but find the phone staff seldom know much. Need to upscale the request to get assistance. When our business has the chance to review we will be leaving Reckon. Unless of  course the system miraculously gets better and they Reckon provides some modicum of assistance. I find venting on the community line therapeutic!!! Reckon is the biggest time waster our small business has experienced in the last 6 months. Reckon has provided no compensation for the cost to our business. Customer service - zero.

Hi Sue, sorry to hear your experiencing difficulties. Last nights update was to Reckon One, which is a different product to Hosted. The updates made no impact to Hosted. There are no known issues with Hosted at this point in time. If you are having difficulties logging on to Hosted, it might be benifical to log into manage my accounts and check if there is any hanging sessions. Alternatively if you are still experiencing issues, contacting tech support is the next point of contact. I'm glad to hear you find the Community a good place to vent, we appreciate all feedback, as it gives us an indication of where improvements are needed. The new version of Hosted is due for release shortly and will tackle some concerns of speed, stability and connectivity as you will no longer need Third Party applications (such as Citrix) to connect to the software.

When will be QB be running faster - wasn't this due in June ?.

I was advised there was an upgrade coming to help with speed. Seems slower than ever on new R3 ?
