ReckonOne: Customer statement not showing payment details on emailed statement pdf

If I view a customer statement on screen it includes the payment details entered in Settings/Statements. If I print this, it prints as displayed - all good.

If I instruct the system to send the statement via email, the payment details are not included, in its place is "undefined"


What do I need to change to have payment details included in the emailed statement? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Hi guys,
Does this occur on every statement sent via email or a certain customer only?

In the first instance, can you please logout and then retry?

It happens on every statement.  I have logged out and retried but it still prints "undefined"
