ReckonOne Unpaid invoice marked as paid?

ReckonOne - I have a discrepancy in Customer reconciliation - tried to unlink a receipt, had to undo reconciliations first, then unlinked payment and deleted the receipt. Have not yet rentered payment. As you can see in picture of invoice, upper left "Inv 0267 PAID", it is marked as paid by Reckon but no linked payment attached. I cannot delete and redo as that option is not available as I think Reckon thinks it is still linked/paid. Thoughts?

    I found my own answer thanks - in the upaid invlist it allowed me to select the invoice and delete from there. Thank you
