Recon One no longer auto-emailing recurring transactions

Reckon One previously auto-emailed recurring transaction invoices after creating them - it has now failed to do so for the last few automations. I can confirm the 'Email Invoices Automatically' check-box is ticked... Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Michael, welcome to the Community.

    Can check something for me, go to the invoice history which was created from the recurring invoice template. It will show whether or not the email has gone through. Does it show there for you?

    We just went through and tested the recurring transaction functionality but unfortunately couldn't replicate the problem. 

    Is this occurring for only a particular recipient?

    Hi Rav. History in each invoice shows 'created' and 'approved'... not 'email sent'. This is exactly the same for all 204 individual recipients
