Hopefully someone can help -

In Aug. 2018 Fidelity decided they were no longer taken paper checks for 401k payments, we use to have it set up where our ADP Payroll company would deduct the amount for the employee (Obviously) and print out the check of the deduction for the employees 401k, which they sent with all other checks, that check would be directed to Fidelity. Easy, the summary report plus the amount deducted on our monthly statements from ADP would match perfect when doing my monthly reconciliation. Now Fidelity is only taking online direct payments, with that being said for my 9/30 pay date I switched it, where ADP no longer sends me a check to mail out to Fidelity so the amount on the Payroll Summary (Total Expense) was more because the actual amount deducted from ADP on our Sept. statement was less that was deducted, the amount less was $150.00.

Now here is the tricky part, Fidelity is still not letting me submit a payment on their website because they are still validating our bank account to make the semi monthly payments (15th and 30th of each month) with that being said I could not make an online payment on 9/30 and will be making it probably until 10/30 which will be showing on the Oct. bank statement for the 9/30 payment.

Here is a breakdown on how it looks now -

Total expense on the payroll summary $10,000.00 - That amount imported into QB's
Total amount deducted from ADP on the Sept. Statement $9,850.00
I am over $150 on my Sept. Statement due to the deduction for Fidelity not being made

$150 for Fidelity for payment of 9/30 will not be submitted until 10/30 and that amount will show on the Oct. bank Statement.

How do I fix this!!

HELP PLEASE
