Reconciling beginning balance changed?!

I use the Reckon Accounts Plus 2018 on my desktop and was reconciling when suddenly the beginning balance changed? Now it does not match the ending balance of the previous month and I cannot reconcile properly. :\ Anyone know what happened or how I can fix this??

If you go to reports>Accountant>audit trail, This report will show you all the transactions that have been entered, changed, deleted etc. From this you should be able to determine what has caused the change in the opening balance. This is where I'd start

Choose Reports, Banking, Discrepancy Report and it will show you what has changed since the last reconciliation
