Recording refund of company income tax instalments

I use Reckon AccountsPlus 2013 - At 30/6/13 we had paid $606 to ATO in company income tax instalments (PAYG-G), and that has now been refunded. I have started up a new company file, and now I'm not sure how to record the payment we have made and the refund we have received. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

    Hi Debra,

    Just click on Suppliers > Tax Activities > Manage Tax and you’ll see buttons for Pay Tax and Receive Tax Refund.  Click on the button and the main details will be set so just enter other information like the date and amount and any other relevant details.
