REMOVE ABN FROM GOVCONNECT?

Hi There. I have accidentally set up a new GovConnect account without using my existing Reckon user ID / details, and attached four of my clients ABNs to GovConnect. How do I delete the ABNs from the GovConnect I have set up and start again using the correct log in details?

Hi Rebecca,

You cannot delete ABN's/STP services that have been set up.

Are you looking at moving the four STP services that have been setup under the current (incorrect) Reckon Portal account to the correct one?

Have you signed in to the Reckon Portal with the 'correct' login credentials as yet?

Hi Rav, yes I have logged in using the correct credentials now, but cannot add the four ABNs under the correct login as it appears each ABN can only be added to one user account?
