remove all transactions not working

I have restored a company file to a new company and want to remove all the transactions to have a clean slate.  Whenever I try to choose the option "Remove ALL transactions" in Cleanup company data, it does not work.  The version I am using is Accounts Enterprise 2015. There are no error codes and the pop up screen is too quick to take a screenshot.
