I need to remove a company off the portal

    Hi Diane,
    Could you give us a bit more info on the details around this query, why do you need to remove the company from GovConnect STP? ie. has the wrong ABN been entered etc?

    Removal of a company from GovConnect STP can only be looked at under specific circumstances.

    If a company/ABN registered in GovConnect STP has had any pay event submissions sent to the ATO, it cannot be removed for any reason.

    Hi Rav
    i have set up a new account in portal reckon for single touch payroll not knowing i could use my existing Reckon Account hosted username to log in. and the company was added to the portal in new account created.

    is there a way we can delete the new account or the entity from the new account so we can add the entity in the reckon portal using the reckon account hosted username as i am getting the error as failed to create subscription. the error may be caused by the same entity is added to the new account created.

    I have an issue along the lines of this post.

    We have 2 x ABNs.  When registering Reckon One to ReckonGovConnect I used the WRONG ABN.

    How do I undo this error and redo the registration using the correct ABN?

    I have contacted Reckon support numerous times via email, but have not received a response.
