Remove Reckon mobile app in order to do STP reporting through Reckon hosted online software

Hi everyone, I have been using Reckon mobile app for STP reporting. I also pays for Reckon hosted online software with full payroll function. My question is how to delete the mobile app so I can use Reckon One online to do STP reporting? Thank you.

    Hi Jenny,
    Just to clarify, you processing STP via the app but ONLY payroll in Hosted? 
    If so, can I just ask, is there any reason for this ie. why you weren't using the GovConnect service for STP submissions in conjunction with Reckon Accounts Hosted?

    Hi Rav,
    Thank you for getting back to me.
    I have subscription for full package of Reckon Accounts Hosted (AP,AR, Bank feeds, reporting, payroll). My user ID is 301224976609137344.
    I've been using the free Reckon app to do STP on mobile phone as I did not know that my subscription allows me to do STP online.
    I am trying to keep everything in one place. Could you please advise how to achieve this?

    Hi Rav,

    I just found out that the free mobile STP app did not add the payment summary correctly. I can see all my submitted pay runs were correct and agreed with my book records. However, ATO sent the Tax ready statement to employees were incorrect. I called ATO, they found somehow the app double recorded 2 employees' individual data and duplicated the first pay run for July last year. I don't know how that happened. How could the app accidentally duplicate the same employee"s information? The ATO said I have to ask the software provider about how to correct it. Please advise how I can fix the problem.

    Also since I spoke to ATO yesterday, the app stopped working even though I updated to v1.13.1.
