Renewal Invoice Not Received

My Reckon Account Personal Plus 2020 expires in 3 days time, however I haven't received my renewal invoice yet, and when I login using last years details, it doesn't show any unpaid invoices.  When I tried calling, I just get the you've called outside office hours, but don't get any indication what the office hours are.

    Hi David,
    Sorry to hear you haven't received your renewal as yet.
    If you login to our eStore HERE with your usual Customer ID and PIN you'll be able to see & pay the renewal there (see screenshot example below).

    When I logged in last night, there was no unpaid invoice available to pay, however it is now there.
