Our licence has expired and I can't login to pay renewal, please allow me to login so I can renew.

    Hi Chynna

    This is an extreme problem I have been telling Reckon to fix for years and it falls on deaf years, so many clients ring to say they can't login usually the credit card has expired or lost & cancelled and they forget to update Reckon control panel.

    Clients and their PP should be able to login to the control panel update a card and make a manual payment.

    As Kevin said you need to ring, but if you ring tech support over the weekend they should be able to assist.

    Agreed, seems silly that you can't just login to Control Panel and update payment details to resolve this immediately and keep working! Yes had received notification that card was close to expiry but suddenly it has expired and I hadn't updated it, but admittedly didn't think it would be such a hassle to rectify!  Thanks I'll give them a call.

    I keep getting a flagged notice to renew my account but when I try to follow through it won't let me. I haven't so far received a renewal invoice. I can't seem to contact the company directly by email. This is not a new experience - customer service is poor.

    Ray. Renewal invoices are emailed to your registered email address. Have you rung the support number 1800 732 566 and spoken to them? That is the quickest and easiest way to resolve this.
