reply emails from forms sent

I email packing slips, once they are actioned the receiver tries to reply to my email but it doesn't send back to me as its the reckon email address? can this be changed to when replied to the email comes back to my email address?

    Hi Juanita,
    Yes, the email address you enter into the Company Information screen will be the default reply-to email address so when you send out an email from Hosted it will be received as accountshosted@reckon.com however if a customer replies it will send the email back to whichever email address you have set.
