Report builds when the file is opened...

When I log into to reckon hosted online 2016 it builds a report for a few minutes, then shows nothing and reverts back to my normal home screen. It only started doing this after our accountant has accessed the file. Does this mean there is a report in the background somewhere? I can't find anything to try and stop it! Thanks

    I am trying to generate a BAS report for the quarter ending 30 June 2016. The report builds, takes about a minute, and when it is near completion, it reverts back to my home page. Tried the above advice, didn't help.

    Hi guestorchids,

    When this happens, it means that BAS screen is stuck in the background and you cannot see it. To bring it back to the forefront press on keyboard Alt + Page Down. If that doesn't work try Alt + Page Up.
