Since installing 220.127.116.11 and then 18.104.22.168, when trying to produce a report I keep getting the message "none of the selected reports contains data" , prior to installing 22.214.171.124 they did. have messaged support about this and was told install 126.96.36.199. This didn't work so i recontacted support. I've yet to hear back from them. Being ignored is getting very frustrating. I have been telling people how good your product is. Lately I'm not finding any reasons why I should. A product is no good if the back up support is lacking.
