Since installing 1.13.32.0 and then 1.13.33.0, when trying to produce a report I keep getting the message "none of the selected reports contains data"  , prior to installing 1.13.32.0 they did.  have messaged support about this and was told install 1.13.33.0. This didn't work so i recontacted support. I've yet to hear back from them. Being ignored is getting very frustrating. I have been telling people how good your product is. Lately I'm not finding any reasons why I should. A product is no good if the back up support is lacking.
