I have successfully submitted previous pay runs but this one errors with: Request was incorrectly formatted or was missing required items. Where should I start looking for a soloution? I have not changed any allowances or pay types. I am using reckon one.
Hi Linda, Have there been any new employees or changes to your data since the last time you were successfully able to send through a pay submission? The most common case we've come across when this error message appears is due to an invalid character being input in a field like +61 in the phone number field instead of just 61 for example. Another case is a missing State in the employee profile etc.
