Hey All, i have a fairly big issue.
I have finalised the year within STP portal as all appeared fine, but have just discovered 8 employees RESC amounts are incorrect.
The reckon hosted payroll figures appear fine.
How can i fix this through reckon and resubmit a new/updated STP file - even after year finalisation has occurred?
HELP!! :(

Hi Em Patto.  This is an "age old" problem and usually surfaces at the end of the year when Payment Summaries are produced.  There is a way to fix this.  Have a look at the following Knowledge Base article for a solution on how to correct the problem:
              http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5324

I have found that option 2 works the best for me.

    Thanks for the reply john!
So i delete the re-enter the RESC lines through each employees pay - easy enough
what about the STP portal side of things......do i update event for payroll 26/06/2019? do i have to finalise year again through STP portal?

Sorry, but I am not an expert yet on STP, but I suspect that you might have to re-do your end of year thing again, so that they get the correct info.  It is always wise to do an overall Wages reconciliation against payment summaries, prior to doing an end of year finalisation.

Thanks John, I had four pays that didn't display RESC on the employees payment summary.  I followed your article and it would perfectly.  Thankyou.
