restore a QBB file on usb to reckon hosted

I have backed up my quickbooks 2012-13 file to a USB and when I try to restore to new Reckon Hosted it does not list the USB to restore from ????

    I am having the same problem with 2012-13.  I cannot find how to load the back up to the online back area.
