Hi Andrea,
Head through File > Open > Recently Opened Files > And here you should be able to see the file path & name of your last opened company file.
When you restore a backup you will be given the opportunity to use the existing name or to create a new file.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Restoring backup to 2003 version error message.
After putting the to and from file name in and clicking to overwrite it just flashes and doesn't start to restore. Any ideas?

Hi Andrea,
Just as a test, are you able to save it to a different location? eg. your desktop for example
Do you receive the same error?
