Restoring Backups Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018

Problems restoring a backup from B drive despite following help directions and process listed on this community.  When I select the backup file it jumps to the next window without allowing me to click open.  then when I go to save it in Q drive there is nothing to select, let alone change the file name so I can have a version 2.

    Hi Penelope,
    When you select the appropriate QBB file, the popup box will advance to the next screen, there's no need to click the Open button.

    When you're at the 'Restore To' screen (screenshot below) there is no need to select anything other than specifying which location you want the file to restore in the Q drive eg. if you have a specific folder in the Q drive where you keep your QBW files. If not, then you don't need to select anything. You can rename your file at this point if you wish and then advance.
